These pilot terms cover early-access use of StationMind AI. By using the pilot you agree to the points below.
Early access
- StationMind is provided as a private pilot, as-is, without warranty.
- Recommendations are decision support, not a guarantee. Review them before acting.
Orders and payments
- No automatic real orders are sent to suppliers. Orders and quotes are drafts unless you explicitly confirm them.
- No payment processing is included in the pilot unless separately enabled in writing.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your account and for reviewing critical ordering, pricing, and invoice decisions.
- Use the platform lawfully and do not attempt to access other tenants' data.
Data accuracy & integrations
- Data accuracy depends on the sources you provide; missing or stale data lowers confidence.
- External integrations (Verifone/POS, Gmail, supplier APIs) may be limited or unavailable during the pilot.
