StationMind AI helps convenience stores and wholesalers order smarter. This policy explains what data we process during the private pilot and how we handle it.
Data we may process
- Store and business profile (name, location, contacts).
- Supplier and catalog data you provide (products, prices, availability).
- Quotes, order inquiries, and supplier documents created in the marketplace.
- Invoices and paperwork only if you upload or connect them.
- POS / Verifone / Gmail data ONLY if you explicitly connect and approve those integrations — they are not connected by default.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal or business data.
- We do not share one retailer's private sales, inventory, or margin with suppliers.
- We do not share one supplier's private data with other suppliers.
- We do not process payments in the pilot.
Pilot limitations
- This is a private pilot; demo data may appear alongside your own.
- Integrations (Verifone/POS, Gmail, supplier APIs) may be limited or unconnected, and confidence is lowered when real data is missing.
Access, update, or delete your data
- To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your pilot data, contact your pilot administrator.
